2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags attached.
The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
The product must not be customized or engraved (custom orders are final sale and non-refundable).
The product must not be damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom-designed or engraved watches.
Items purchased at a discounted or clearance price.
Gift cards or store credits.
Worn, used, or damaged watches.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Wait for approval and return instructions from our team.
Package the item securely and include all original accessories.
Ship the return using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
Returns that are not pre-approved will not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund based on the following conditions:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. International refund processing times may vary based on payment provider policies.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
